Rough Collies

First of all, I would like to thank Miranda and the EACA for inviting me to judge the sac classes at their championship show and to everyone who has given me the opportunity of assessing their dogs there was a fantastic entry of which I was truly overwhelmed unfortunately I was unable to place many dogs that deserved placing

Puppy dog/bitch
1st Davis/Walsh’s Wicani Bellisima Roschell 10 month blue merle bitch balanced head well placed ears very pretty dark eyes well fitted coat of the clearest blue moved with ease perfectly presented very attentive and at one with handler.
2nd Gatt’s Wicani Belladonna 10 month tri bitch litter sister to 1 bigger than litter sister which I really did like very sweet eyes correct ear placement well arched neck good length of back well fitted black coat moved with ease .
3rd Fallenetto’s Very Super Black di Cambiano 9 month tri male very masculine head nice clean stop ears slightly wide set good length of body very unsettled which made his movement very erratic I later found out he had only been in the country a couple of days.

Post Graduate dog/bitch
1st Mrs m Rodwell Ladner Yourstruly at Pomnenka very pleasing blue merle bitch nice clean head ears used very much to her advantage good length of neck,correct top line good bone moved well with good length and drive
2nd Miss D Collino’s Imagnist A Griffin’s Mark tri dog with rich tan markings nice masculine head with dark eyes good well set ears good length of neck moved very freely perfectly presented surprisingly preferred the movement of 1
3 rd Y J Ross Siluto Blue Wizard at Amberwish blue merle dog beautiful head would prefer less stop, nice course fitted coat superb neck plenty of drive tail slightly high on the move

Open dog/bitch
1st Miss K Crawford Stregato Foolish Guy for Delserios Sable and white dog of good size and substance. nice clean wedge, very sweet darks eyes. Ears well set good length of neck leading into a strong top line. Good length of tail, well sprung rib cage strong hocks which gave him good drive and reach.
2nd Mrs S Flowers Androma Dreamcatcher at Serenals (imp SVN) Dark shaded dog beautiful head very clean well set dark eyes Ears well set plenty of neck correct dark shaded coat good drive and reach. Preferred the eyes of number one.
3rd Mrs H Gallagher Stregato My Silver Tassie with Gemheid super blue Merle bitch well proportioned of good size feminine head very sweet expression beautifully presented. Very unfortunate to meet these two boys today.
