Class 1  JD/B  (2,0)

  1. Collino’s  Imaginist My Fair Lady, 11mo sable female. Good dark eyes well set and good stop, beautiful head with correct parallel planes. Would prefer the ears to be a little heavier, though the wind did not help. Overall lovely head on a nice length neck onto fairly well laid back shoulders, needs to drop a little more. Good proportions and moved well around the ring with nice balanced movement. Beautiful thick dense double jacket but not too profuse . Would prefer a slightly longer tail but she won the class on her head and her coat and being a little more finished than 2nd.
  1. Flower’s Serenlas Truly Scrumptious, 11mo sable female. Another girl who moved nicely around the ring with good drive from the rear. She had a lovely dark eyes and decent ear set would just like a little more fill in the face. Lots to like and very moderate all over. She was a little long in the leg making her look just a little out of proportion, likely due to that teenage phase, however she was overall in good condition. Her coat unfortunately was not there, very sparse and open likely due to a seasonal moult. Would love to see her in full coat and once she has grown and filled out to match her legs.

Class 2 PGD/B (3,0)

  1. Skinner’s Ladnar Makeithappen for Nikal, 20mo blue merle dog of good size and proportion with strong masculine appearance and head with a lovely expression. Well set and shaped dark eyes and good ear set, nice wedge-shaped head with good stop. Nice length of neck into good front. Would like a little more lay back in the shoulder and this showed with his reach in front on the move, but this can still come. Nice thick double coat that sits snuggly to his frame and shows his outline well. Good movement from behind and good tail set and length. Would prefer slightly tighter feet in front but overall a really nice young dog with some growing to do still.
  1. Perrott’s Gataj One Moment in Time, 3yo light sable dog, another with an obvious masculine appearance and head. Lovely expression and nicely tipped ears but would prefer their set just a little tighter. Nice wedge shaped head with correct stop and well set and shaped eyes, would prefer a little more under jaw. Good reach of neck into well-proportioned body, nice rise over the loin and moderate bone. Moved well around the ring and covered the ground freely.

  1. Margett’s Collingvale Campari

Class 3 OD/B (5,2)

  1. Benton’s Ch Brooklynson Jane Russell of Oakestelle VW, 9yo sable female of lovely breed type and overall balance. On the move she was covering ground with good reach and drive and gave the impression of ease. Very feminine in appearance with a beautiful head and expression to match, good shape, could use a slight touch more under jaw, but her correct dark eyes and well positioned ears completed a very classic collie expression. In great condition she has good reach of neck and well angulated front and rear with moderate bone, well sprung ribs and nice rise over the loin to well set tail of good length. Coat was well fitted whilst still being nice and thick and not overly profuse. Could obviously do a long day of work in the field.
    • Flower’s Androma Dreamcatcher At Serenlas (imp Svn) 6yo deep mahogany sable male, gave a wonderful overall masculine impression with a lovely outline both stood and on the move. Overall good expression with nice head of correct parallel planes and proportions, well set ears and dark eyes. Good reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, good spring of rib, moderate bone and tight feet, with good length of tail. Nice thick double coat fitted well to his frame. Beautiful boy, he lost out to 1st only because he was not moving as well from behind.
    • Wensley’s Imaginist Spellbinding
