Judges critique

P 2 (1 abs) 1st Walder’s Beldones La Vita Bella for Hanvale, 8 month golden sable in good coat. Good shape and outline, with a lovely reach of neck. Good angulation front and rear, and good depth of chest. Her head is clean with a flat skull, I would prefer more moulding of the foreface and her stop needs to clear, but this should come with time. Ears are bang on top and she used them well. Very will presented, and when she settled moved well. BP.

J 1 (1 abs) PG 2 (1 abs) 1st Skinner’s Samhaven Time is Money with Nikal, have often admired this 3 year old tri bitch from the ringside. Lovely shape and outline, good neck and shoulder, good spring of rib and well bent stifle with nice short hocks. Moved freely and showed well, standing naturally stood four square. Her head is clean with well placed ears. Eye is well placed but a tad rounder than I would prefer. Slightly longer in foreface so her head is not quite balanced, but her overall outline and type won her RBOB. 

O 4 (2 abs) 1st Walder’s Jolie Blonde de Cabrenysset for Hanvale (Imp Fra), 3 year old sable in lovely bloom, very well presented. Lovely outline, with a good length of back and lovely reach of neck. Shoulders well laid back and good bend of stifle and rear angulation. Lovely clean head with flat skull, no depth or flaring. Well placed eye and ears with she used well to give a sweet expression. Moved and showed very well. BOB and was pleased to learn G2. 2nd Skinner’s Nikal It’s Gud to be Black, masculine 5 year old tri dog. Good length of back, but not quite the neck and outline of the winner. Head is clean, but is reluctant to use his ears to advantage. Moved and presented well.
