Many thanks to the committee of Leeds for the invite to judge RCs at this friendly well run show. I have always loved this venue and todays big bonus was that the weather was ideal for dogs. Thanks to all exhibitors for a lovely entry and my main winners were a credit to their owners and the breed. Some very promising youngsters and I will watch their show careers with interest also I so enjoyed the heartwarming oldies.

My sincere thanks to all exhibitors who entered their dogs under me and accepted my decisions so sportingly. Finally big thanks to both my stewards who kept my ring running smoothly. 

 

MPD (3) 1 Tipper’s Amalunaque Arcturls at Tiganlea NAF TAF – 6mths very pleasing youngster, wedge head with good parallels, scissor bite, good ears well set and used well, almond eye giving sweet expression, nice reach of neck flowing into well constructed front, enough body and bone for age, well angulated, good length of tail carried well. Very much the baby but with everything in the right place, Bright future. BP 2 Scott Beldones Behind Blue Eyes – 6mths, good head eye and expression, scissor bite, enough body and bone for age, once settled moved well, another still very much the baby but plenty of time on his side. A bright future prospect and I’ll watch his show career with interest. 3 Crawford’s Stregato Foolish Guy Rodney.

A baby with a bright future. 2 Baron & Jenkins- Rannaleroch Perfect Storm – B/M. 11mths good head, almond eye giving nice expression, medium ears used well, enough angulation front and rear, well bodied for age, and in good coat, well boned. Once settled moved well. 

 

JD (2) 1 Blakie’s Kourika You`ll Do For Me – 12mths BT, wedge head with almond eye giving soft expression, scissor bite, medium ears used well, good reach of neck,, well boded, nice sweep over the loin, good rear and length of tail and in good coat, well boned sound on the movel. Nice type, a good future prospect. 2 Welsh’s Thistlewind Smoky Quarts – 11mths, good head with nice eye and expression, a tad broad in skull, ears but used well, good reach of neck and well bodied for age, good rear and length of tail and in good coat. Once settled moved well. Bright future 

 

PGD (4,1) 1 White’s Camanna Chasingclouds over Mejola – B/M- wedge head, good eye giving soft expression, medium ears used well, nice reach of neck flowing into well angulated front, well bodied, good rear construction, hocks well let down, good movement. 2 Brooker’s Corisian Parisian Magic – level head planes, dark eye giving nice expression, medium ears used ears well, good reach of neck, looks good for bone, at the in between stage at present, he was carrying an enormous coat which spoilt his outline. 3 Dix’s Barrenclough Diamond Skies

OD (9) 1 McCann’s Ch Oakland Blue Style du Clos de Seawind at Zolka - B/M -lovely breed type, beautiful wedge head, almond eye giving gentle masculine expression, medium ears used well, good reach of neck flowing into well constructed front, enough bone and body, correct rear assembly good length of tail which was carried correctly, in good coat. I admired him as a youngster and going over him today was not disappointed. Flowed round the ring and was pleased to award him DCC & BOB. Watched him in the group and he did the breed proud. 2 Granger’s Ch Samhaven Ballahana Banjo – SW – good breed type, balanced wedge head, dark eye giving soft expression, scissor bite, medium ears, well bodied with good width and depth of chest, correct angulation, front and rear, nice length of tail carried correctly, in good coat, moved out well. VD (4) 1 Boyle – Winifred Barrenclough Moonglow JW Sh CM – S/W – balanced wedge head, dark almond eye, soft male expression, medium ears used well, good reach of neck, well bodied with enough angulation and good bone, overall balanced, in good coat, moved out well. 2 French’s Samhaven Name That Tune at Breckamore – S/W – good head, medium ears used well, scissor bite, good angulation front and rear, good tailset, in good coat. OB (10,3) 1 Mr R Blakie – Kourika Kover Girl- S/W lovey breed type she has beautiful wedge head with dark almond eye, medium ears, well set and used well, scissor bite, arched neck set into correctly angulated front, good body with enough width and depth of chest, firm sweep over the loin, well angulated rear, good length of tail, carried correctly, nicely developed rear, short hocks. In good coat and condition. Moved well pleased to award her BCC 2 Beare Jemspark Maid in Secret – S/W feminine head, scissor bite, medium ears used well, well bodied, good bone and moved well.
