Rough Collies

P (2): 1 Radford-House’s Chelbron’s Betting List for Fivejays, 7 months s/w, pleasing for size, type and balance, presents a lovely outline, well-proportioned head, obliquely set eyes, pleasing expression, well set and carried ears, strong underjaw, well arched neck of good length well set on, firm back with slight rise over loin, sound limbs, neat oval feet, strong well angulated hindquarters, good length tail, sound free mover. BPIB; 2 Scott’s Beldones Behind Blue Eyes, 7 months blue merle, pleasing for size, type and balance, well-proportioned head, well arched neck of good length, firm topline with slight rise over loins, still rather raw, needs time.

J (2): 1 White’s Mejola Main Event, 14 months s/w, full of lovely type and quality, stands up well on sound limbs and neat oval feet presenting a lovely outline, well-proportioned head, well placed eyes and ears, pleasing expression, well arched neck of good length well set on, firm topline with slight rise over loins, low set tail of good length, lovely coat well presented. RBOB; 2 White’s Phreelancer Phederal Agent at Mejola, 14 months tri, still rather raw, obviously masculine without being coarse, strong foreface, inbetween coat, needs time.

O (2): Two lovely s/ws - not surprised to see they both hold their titles – both brimming with type and quality – both sound easy movers with good carriage.

1 Benton and Smith’s Ch Brooklynson El Dorado, beautiful head and expression, well placed eyes and ears, well arched neck of good length, well-proportioned body, sound limbs, neat feet, in finest coat and condition, well presented and handled. BOB and G4; 2 Benton’s Ch Brooklynson Jane Russell of Oakestelle, similar comments, a female version of 1, really lovely ears, a little out of coat today.

Smooth Collies

P (2,1): 1 Wensley’s Constella Hazy Cosmic Jive, nearly 12 months masculine tri, much to like, well proportioned head with strong underjaw and teeth, well placed eyes and ears, strong well arched neck, well-proportioned body with firm topline and slight rise over loin, good depth chest, sound limbs, strong hocks, good length tail, in fine coat and condition, lively character. BPIB and PG 3.

J (2): 1 Russells’ Koczkodan Steel My Heart, feminine 14 months blue merle, full of lovely type and quality, well-proportioned head with strong underjaw, well set eyes and ears, sweetest expression, well arched neck of good length, stands up well on sound limbs and neat well-padded oval feet, good depth brisket and spring ribs, strong hocks, sound effortless mover, in fine coat and condition. RBOB; 2 Constella Hazy Cosmic Jive.

PG (2,1): 1 Koczkodan Steel My Heart.

O (4,1): 1 Benton’s Ch Oakestelle Venus De Milo JW, dignified 9 years blue merle who completely belies her age, not surprised she holds her crown, full of lovely type and quality in a sound well balanced frame, pleasing head and expression, well arched neck of good length, good depth brisket ribs well sprung, well-muscled quarters, strong hocks, stands up well on sound limbs, sound effortless mover, in finest condition. BOB and G2; 2 Benton’s Oakestelle Artemis ShCEx, I see a daughter of 1, has many of her attributes, pleasing head and expression, strong muzzle and underjaw, good length neck, firm body with good spring ribs, sound limbs, strong hocks, in finest condition, very good mover, alert and friendly; 3 Russells’ Koczkodan Midnight Sun JW.
