P (2:1) 1 Cowling & Lusty’s Blamorder Opulence At Himinnsaga, very mature and well grown blue merle whose colour could be better, he has a pleasing head type with correct stop and good foreface and lovely ears, eyes could be a shade darker, very well constructed with good neck and firm topline, shown in hard, fit condition. Good movement. BPIB and won BPIS under Robin Newhouse, well done.
PGD (2:1) 1st Griffiths’ Shulane Imperial Galaxy. This shaded S/W has a lovely shape and excellent hindquarters, he is a good mover with a pleasing head and lovely ears. Eye and expression could be better.
OD (3) 1 Naull’s Ch Wynele Indian Ink. Jet black tricolour in pristine condition. His white was dazzling and he just shone with health and wellbeing. Beautiful head with perfect balance and a beautiful eye and super expression. Reachy neck enhanced with his full white collar, so well balanced in outline with a firm topline and straight front, strong quarters which enabled him to move with soundness and power, my CC and BOB winner and later, was declared RBIS under Robin Newhouse, well done, he looked a picture. 2 Smith’s Multi Ch Winter Is Coming To Tentola. Very different in type to winner but still a quality exhibit. Blue merle whose coat colour is clear but could be a little lighter, but very well marked. Very mature with a super body, lovely bone and feet and shown in very fit condition. Very pleasing in head with good ears but not quite the eye and expression of the winner. Very good mover RDCC. 3 Denton’s Ch Brackenhaye Fields Of Gold.
VD (1) 1 French’s Ch Foxearth Flock Master For Breckamore. This 10 year old tricolour is still a very sound mover, quality in head but eyes have gone full now and he loses his topline going round.
PB (2) 1 Lusty’s Blamorder The Hustler, very glamorous, very pretty blue merle of good colour, liked her head and eye and ears on top, reachy neck, would like better front construction, she has a decent outline and is a decent mover. 2 Palmer & Trundley’s Nuuk Saarskali Bila Kaifa (Imp CZ). This tricolour is quite well constructed with a better front assembly than the winner but a little straight behind. Nice type of head but ears could be tighter and she needs to learn to show properly.
JB (1) 1 Naull’s Wyngle Cover Girl. Beautifully constructed SH/S/W, excellent mover particularly going round, shown in lovely condition, very pleasing in head type with lovely ears, eye and expression. Could be sweeter.
PGB (2:1) 1 Denton’s Brackenhaye Heart And Soul, this tricolour is very well constructed throughout and so well balanced, shown in very fit condition, sound mover and looks good going round, head I found a little strong but has good ears, eye and expression could be better.
LB (7:3) 1 Griffiths’ Foxearth Vanilla Fudge. Lovely bitch from any angle, has quality all through, lovely head with rounded foreface and super ears. Reachy neck leading to good shoulders and front, strong topline and well angled quarters, sable coat of correct texture and lovely condition, so very sound on the move and has tremendous fore-reach going round, loved her. Won CC, her 2nd I understand, well done. 2 Benton’s Brackenhaye Queen of Hearts of Orkestelle, another quality bitch, this time a tricolour, very pretty and so feminine, lovely head and darkest of eyes, very good ears. She has a lovely neck and very good outline, on the move she is sound enough but not quite the front going round, strongly considered for RBCC but just preferred the little extra substance of the Open winner. 3 Naull’s Wyngle Couldn’t Could She.
OB (1) Lusty, Willians, Hutchings’ Blamorder Ice Cream Dream, clear coloured and well marked blue merle. Lovely head and lovely dark eyes, ears a touch “flighty” but in the right place, good neck, topline, front and quarters giving a pleasing outline, super body and lovely bone and feet, sound enough coming and going but not so steady going round. RBCC. VB (1) 1 Russell’s Monordeifi Satin Doll of Koczkodan. This tricolour is quite remarkable for her 12 years. In immaculate condition and still a sound accurate mover. Showing all the time and obviously enjoying her day out. Lovely body and coat, firm topline, still a really good collie. My BV and won BVIS from Robin Newhouse, well done.
