I would like to thank the Committee of Northumberland and Durham for asking me to judge there Open show and making me feel welcome. I would also like to thank the exhibitors for bringing their dogs under me, I was very pleased with the level of quality today.

MPD (1)
Hassock's Cammana Crimescean very nice golden sable & white boy nearly 8 months old with lovely shaped eye, correct amount of stop, good length of head and well used ears. He has good length of back with well let down hocks, he just needs to settle a little but that will come with age. Nice puppy. BPD

Puppy Dog (3,1)
McCarte's Roughrigg Rolling Stone 9 months old golden sable & white boy who has a sweet expression, would like his ears a little tighter, nice overall shape with good bone. He just needs to settle a little as he didn't like the floor today. Another nice puppy.
2. Mackenzie's Alanita Monty Jazz Player Of Llionani 10 month old sable and white very unsettled today, would suggest ringcraft so he will get used to judges going over him.

Junior Dog (1)
McCarte's Roughrigg Rag 'N' Bone Man 12 month old sable and white who has oblique set eyes giving a sweet expression, well moulded foreface with correct stop and nice set ears which he used well. Good reach of neck and length of back with plenty of heart room. Moved well.

Post Graduate Dog (2,1)
Walker & Ritchie's Norska De Remember Our Love For Starlenga (Imp) Tri Colour Dog with well placed nice dark eye, correct stop, dark tan, used his ears well. Good reach of neck going onto good length of back with good turn of stifle, moved well RBD.

Limit Dog (3)
A very nice class of quality males.
1. Brooker's Corisian French Connection JW sable & white male with almond eye giving a melting expression, good stop, well moulded foreface used his ears well. Nice overall shape with good reach of neck, plenty of heart room and well off for bone. Very well presented and moved well. BD BOS RBIS
2. Cooney's Jopium Danny Boy At Lingwell sable & white male good length of head and a sweet expression, nicely tipped ears which he used well. Plenty of bone and heart room. Good lay of shoulder and back. Bit unsettled today moved ok.
3. Brown & Jopson's Lillyway Lattimer At Nithview.

Open Dog (2)
1. Brand & Reid Ronansprey Ronan Kisses Tri colour dog, blunt muzzle, good length of head with correct stop, bit reluctant to use his ears. Good length of back, plenty of heart room. moved well.
2. Welsh's Karafaye Scotch Blend At Thistlewing shaded sable and white well rounded muzzle with slight stop,would like a sweeter eye, used ears well. Moved well.

1. Walker & Ritchie Starlenga All About Me. 6 months old Tri colour bitch who is so full of herself. She had a beautiful shape, which stood out. She has oblique dark eye giving a sweet expression, well moulded foreface, neat ears which she used none stop. Good reach of neck and back with well let down hocks. Moved very well for one so young, I think she will have a bright future BPB, BPIB BPIS

Fox's Alanita Constant Shydz O'jaz 10 month old sable & white bitch good length of head, almond shaped eye, slight stop with well tipped ears which she used well. Good bone, nice overall shape, she just needs to settle, moved ok.

1. Brooker's Paris Venise Du Dois Des Amazones For Corisian (Imp Fra) 13 month old sable and white bitch nice head with tipped ears which she used none stop. Good reach of neck, well off for bone, stood four square, very nice overall shape, well presented as were all from this kennel. Moved well.
2. Pomenka My Fair Lady With Libanel 16 month old Tri colour bitch who has a lovely dark tan on a well moulded foreface with correct stop, I would like the ears a little tighter. Jet black coat throughout, good depth of chest and good length of back. Moved ok.

Yearling Bitch (2)
Iley's Call Me Dreamer In Blue For Ileyda Della Verde Scozia (Imp It) JW Beautiful 21 month old blue merle bitch who is a good clear blue, her head handles well with correct stop, oblique eye giving a sweet expression, nicely tipped ears which she used well. Good reach off neck going onto good length of back. Plenty of heart room and bone, well presented and moved well RBB.
2. Welsh's Thistlewing Octavia sable and white 23 months old longer in head than the winner, oblique eye with correct stop, nicely set ears which she used well, good length of back, left her clothes at home today, moved well.

McCarte's Roughrigg Golden Rhapsody sable and white bitch who has a nice shape with well let down hocks. Sweet eye with well rounded muzzle, used her ears well. Well presented, moved well.
2. Dodsworth & Carr's Libanel Magical Martinque sable and white bitch who had left her clothes at home today slightly longer in head, almond shaped eye, reluctant to use her ears today. Good length of back, moved ok.

Limit Bitch (4)
1. Walker & Ritchie Chantique Cinderella At Starlenga. I have admired this bitch from the ringside and I was not disappointed going over her. A golden sable and white bitch in full coat, very nice overall shape and stood four square. She has almond shaped eye giving a melting expression which just shouted look at me. She has a correct stop and a well rounded muzzle, nicely tipped ears which she used well. Moved well .BB. BOB.BIS
2. Brand & Reid's Ronansprey Rumour Has It Sh.CM. Another I have admired from the ringside but today she had left some of her clothes at home. Beautiful Blue Merle bitch who has a sweet expression, nice dark tan on her muzzle, good length of head, well set ears which she used none stop. Good reach of neck going onto good lay of shoulder, nice overall shape. A bit unsettled today.
