My thanks must go to the committee for giving me the opportunity to come back this year to judge their show. Although the venue seems cold for the exhibitors, it is good for the dogs. I had some lovely exhibits to go over and at times was spoilt for choice.

ROUGH COLLIES
P (3,1) 1 Newton Fiorcara Brave Explorer sable & White, although slightly apprehensive this youngster shows promise, has pleasing outline, quality head, nice dark eye, ears small which he used well good top line with just the correct rise over the croup, moved out when settled. Sadly this dog had to be withdrawn as he was entered in the wrong class. 2 Scott Whatacoo The One And Only, lovely head & dark eye, nice soft expression, pleasing outline, not as fluent on the move as 1 but lots to like.

J (5,2) 1 Whittaker Siluto Mysterious Girl, nice size, pleasing head & eye,deep chest, good turn of stifle to be critical she is rather bum high at present, makes up with nice steady ground covering action. 2 White Mejola Physical Attraction pleasing head shape nice dark eye, ears well placed, not so fluent on the move as 1, need to watch the weight over the loin though. 3 Ross Danfrebek Dizzy Rascal.

PG (6,2) 1 Siluto Mysterious Girl. 2 Ross Danfrebek Dancing In The Dark, good head, dark expressive eye, ears set well balanced outline, although she moved ok, carries weight over the loin. 3 White Mejola Main Attraction.

O (4,2) 1 White Mejola Fate And Fortune, male of good substance, chiselled head, dark eye good depth of chest well angulated front &rear, coat of good texture which was profuse making him look big, but he is within the standard moved well BOB. 2 Whitaker Aniesh Mist Blue Moon Of Siluto correct head shape, good bone, another who is a little too high over the croup, moved ok.
