Midland Collie Club Open Show 6/10/2019
I would like to thank this hard working Committee for inviting me to judge their well run show and making my guest and I feel so welcome. Thanks to all the exhibitors for such a lovely entry and such well presented dogs. This hardworking committee have to be congratulated on all their work, what a lovely gesture of putting on a fantastic buffet for everyone to enjoy.

1st Tames Samhaven Momentum 7 year old S&W bitch in lovely coat which was well presented, lovely clean head with correct stop, good ears, lovely eye and expression, good neck into good shoulders, nice length of body, well let down hocks, moved well, Best Veteran
2nd Skinners Nikal its guid to be Black VW 8 yr old Tri Gentleman who has a lovely head with well rounded muzzle, lovely eye shape giving a soft expression, in good body and coat just starting to show his age in front movement

1st Ware's Poker Face du Clos De Sea-wind NAF/TAF (Imp Fra), 6 month S&W baby, I just loved him, beautiful head and expression for one so young, so well put together, good neck and shoulders, nice body for age not overdone, good backend, lovely bone and feet, moved so soundly and to top it off showed himself off so well, Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Show, shall watch his career with interest
2nd Lockyer Perfect Timing Du Clos De Sea-wind at Gataj (Imp Fra) 8 month S&W puppy who has took a stretch since I last saw him making him look a little square at the moment, pleasing head and expression, good body and bone, moved well, lovely presentation as all were from this Kennel

1st Edwards Starlenga Harry Potter Lovely shaped S&W dog, with good neck, nice head with well rounded muzzle, good eye shape giving a lovely expression, lovely bone and neat feet, toed in a bit in front when moving, well groomed, in super condition and well muscled as all were from this Kennel
2nd Lockyers Once upon A Time Du Clos De Sea-wind at Gataj JW (Imp Fra) S&W dog who I would just prefer a bit more neck, nice eye and expression, good ears , good body, moved well, again lovely presentation

1st McLaughlin's Moondance De Cabrenysset For Brihow (Imp Fra) upstanding BM, Beautiful head of good length, which is clean without any trace of coarseness, well moulded muzzle with good underjaw, beautiful eye set and expression, great ears and when he looks at you with his speckled markings on his face, he just melts your heart, he has lovely reach and arched neck into good shoulders, good body and well spung ribs well muscled thighs, well presented coat of lovely clear silvery blue colour, moved well, lovely boy, was pleased to award him, Best Dog & Res Best in Show
2nd Lockyer Think Of Me Prince Of SunLight At Gataj JW (Imp Hun) Shaded Sable dog in great condition He just stands and throws off a beautiful shape, He has a good head with flat skull, nice eye and expression, good ears which he uses all the time, well angulated shoulders, good body, well sprung ribs, powerful hindquarters quarters which enabled him to move with drive, Res Best Dog

1st Wells Collingvale Crunchie at Terelimon JW ShCM S&W boy who is not a big dog but Is so well constructed that he draws your eye to him, nice head pattern, well moulded muzzle , eye just a bit big and round for me, good reach of neck and as his conformation suggests he is very sound on the move, well presented
2nd Cronk's Chelborn Story Teller Tri dog with good head, nice eye and expression, good length of neck enhanced by lovely white collar, good body, nice bone and feet, in good coat which beautifully presented moved ok

1st McDade's Lyndale Illusion Of Love 6 month S&W puppy, what a pretty baby, has a lovely head with sweet eye and expression, lovely neck and body shape just right for age, again not overdone, good coat which was well presented, moved soundly, typical puppy wanted to see everything was a bit naughty in challenge for Best puppy but thought her delightful, Best Puppy Bitch
2nd Edward's Elshajo Adored another 6month S &W baby, lovely shaped girl with good reach of neck, good length of head, used her ears well, just preferred expression of winner, moved well

1st Margaret's Lynmead Lemonade at Collingvale BM Bitch, good constructed puppy, everything there, good neck, shoulders, good body and backend, moved well, she has a good head pattern, nice eye, in good coat which was well presented, would just like a clearer colour of blue

1st Lockyer's Nasty Girl Du Clos De Sea-wind at Gataj (Imp Fra) Really liked this pretty S&W girl who has a lovely head, flat skull, well mounded muzzle, correct stop, neat ears which she used well, which gave her a lovely sweet expression, good neck into good shoulders, good body and good hindquarters, moved well both front and back in a lovely coat which was well presented Res Best Bitch
2nd Ware's Kind Of Magic Della Buca Della Fate at Wassial (Imp Ita) Tri Bitch with nice clean head, good ears, well constructed body, lovely shape, moved well, in good coat which was well presented

1st Magrets Collingvale Chardonnay S&W litter sister to Open dog winner and very similar, good head pattern again just prefer a smaller eye, such a good showgirl , lovely shaped bitch, in lovely coat and featherings, she is so very sound, moved effortlessly round the ring
2nd Lockyer Tackiss Hopes and Dreams with Gataj nice overall S&W bitch pleasing head & expression good ears, good neck and body, another great showgirl, in good coat, moved well

1st Shipp's Gillyflower Della Buca Delle Fate (Imp Ita) beautiful feminine S&W girl who for me had it all, she took my eye the minute she walked into the ring , she stands and shows herself off so well, has the most beautiful shape your hands flow over her, she has a good head, lovely shaped and placed eye, good ears all combing to give a beautiful expression, good neck and shoulders, good body shape and lovely turn of stifle, moved well, not in full coat but had nothing to hide, was beautifully presented pleased to award her Best bitch and Best in show
2nd Cariadiaf Classic Touch lovely S&W bitch with nice head and expression , good body shape, moved well in front and good drive from back, showed well, coat was well presented
