I would like to thank the committee for my invitation to judge today. The time of year, and consequently the weather, made for a slightly disappointing entry and turn out on the day. That said, I was happy to send forward my solo exhibit to the group ring, where she went on to take Pastoral Puppy Group 2.

Puppy (1/0) 1. McDade’s Lyndale Illusion of Love 8 month old sable bitch with sweet feminine expression. Almond shaped, correctly sized and placed eye. Good length of head, topped with correctly set ears which she used well to add to that pretty expression. Good reach of neck and length of back give a lovely balanced outline when viewed in profile. Very well off for bone and presented in excellent condition. On the move, she went well. Just a little more control required in the rear movement, but totally understandable for one so young. I am sure this little lady has a bright show career ahead of her. BOB/BPIB
