London Collie Club Championship Show
Sunday, June 10th 2018
Dobermann Training Ground, Digswell

Glorious weather and a lovely venue! What else do you need for your annual championship show. The London Collie Club were blessed with all that and more. A lovely day at the countryside developed in a very relaxed atmosphere.

I was well pleased with my main winners and the line up for the bitch challenge was a joy to look at. Although some of the classes could have been better filled I was surprised with the in depth quality of the exhibits in Limit and Open.

I would have been pleased with an extra set of tickets as a fair number of my runners up deserve to be made up! In general exhibits were well presented and it was a pleasure to see so many bitches with a lovely outline and sound movement. To be critical I would prefer some to have smaller and better carried ears. I would like to thank the committee for their kind invitation and all the exhibitors for their entries. Thanks to Sheila and Caz for their support in the ring. Hope to meet you all soon again!
