Banbury and District Open Show Critique

Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge. The weather was very warm on the Bank Holiday Monday and although it was great to be outside rather than inside, the ring being on the hot car park surface did not do some of the dogs any favours in terms of movement today. 

Puppy (2,0)
1st Scott’s, Whatacoo Wings of an Angel over Aniesh (BOB) PG3, G4
A well presented 10 month Tri boy, nice clean head with jet black coat and correctly placed ears which he used to good effect. He moved very well today, good reach and drive with a nice tail carriage, stood with a pleasing well proportioned profile.

2nd Cook & Watkins, Whatacoo Blaze of Glory
Nice B/M with good head and well fitted coat but moved a little close at rear today and with rather a high tail carriage.

Junior (1,0)
1st Tame’s Rahlissa Charmaine
A really nice attentive S/W girl, well presented with lovely sweet feminine head good reach of neck, correctly angulated and proportioned, liked her profile a lot and she moved well with good level topline.

Post Graduate (4,1)
1st Skinner’s Samhaven Time is Money with Nikal (RBOB)
Tri girl with nice head, correct stop and made good use of her ears. good angulation, moved well with reach and drive which gave her the class, kept a level topline on the move.
2nd Tame’s Rahlissa Charmaine
3rd Scott’s Aniesh Touch of Black

Open (3,1)
1st Cook & Watkins Aniesh Forever Blue with Whatacoo
B/M with good feminine head and sweet expression, movement was good

2nd Skinner’s Nikal Its Gud to be Black
Tri boy with good head and nice proportions, didn’t move quite as well today as I have seen him do before.
