Many thanks to the officers & committee for inviting me to judge and to those who entered under me.

Special Yearling (6, 3)
1st  Cooney’s Jopium Danny Boy at Lingwell, well gown 11 month old handsome sable & white boy.   Well placed ears which he used well, balanced head with correctly shaped dark eye giving good expression.  Nice overall shape, good length of neck, good turn of stifle.  Moved ok but would like a bit more oomph. Well presented.    

2nd  Ileys Jack Black Ileyda, jet black tri of almost 2 years.  Nice overall shape, lovely reach of neck set into good lay of shoulder.  Dark eye, good stop but low placed ears spoilt expression for me.   Moved very well, another well presented.   

3rd Boyle’s Barrenclough Touch of Thyme.
Special Post Graduate (3, 2)
1st Fox’s Erjon Euphoric for Alanita, Lovely tri bitch unfortunately left her wardrobe at home today but this only enhanced her fabulous shape.  Sweet expression, nice dark eye, well set ears.  Fabulous reach of neck with good topline, nicely angulated fore and aft, moved well.

Special Open (8, 4)
1st Brand’s Ronanspray Rumour Has It SHCM.  Four year old bitch who took my eye as she came into the ring.  Well broken blue merle of good colour with rich tan markings.   Lovely feminine expression, correctly placed stop with well-moulded foreface, well placed ears which she used well.  Good reach of neck, correctly angulated shoulder, level topline with good turn of stifle and well-muscled second thigh.  Carried her tail well and moved out with drive, shown on a loose lead and put down to perfection.  Lovely to watch her go BIS later in the day. 

2nd Brand’s Roanspray Midnight Kiss, litter sister to 1 I found out later. Tri with well moulded foreface, nice eye with good ear carriage giving desired expression, good reach of neck, not quite the front as 1, showed and moved well.   

3rd Melvin & Jobson’s Lilyway Lovin’ you at Nithview.
