Many thanks to the society for inviting me to judge, the exhibitors for a good entry and to my very lovely and efficient stewards for ensuring the day ran smoothly.

Class 427 PD (3 Entries) Abs: 1 

1st: 1411 COONEY Mrs B Jopium Danny Boy at Lingwell 

Upstanding sable boy, who held himself well in the ring, attentive to handler for one so young. He moved well for age has a lovely shape, good arch in neck which lead to deep chest, and sprung ribs. BPD

2nd: 1418 GREGORY, Ms C & MCLARTY Mr L Phreelancer Phortunes Leap 

A much more raw sable/white male than 1, only 6 months of age, however was presented well. Lovely long arched neck and good length of back to follow. Covered ground well. Slightly bigger in eye than I would prefer, but his expression is sweet.

Class 429 PGD (6 Entries) Abs: 3 

1st: 1412 EVERETT Mrs K & Mr D Ileyda Johnny Depp 

Jet black tri, with full white shawl, which was presented well. Handsome boy, would prefer a cleaner wedged head and slightly smaller eye, but he is all male. Good thigh muscle, bend in stifle and well let down hocks, aiding drive in movement, which gave him the edge over his competitors in this class. 2nd: 1409 COOK, Ms A & WATKINS Mr S Jopium Marley With Whatacoo 

5 year old tri male with full white shawl. Balanced head with nice, sweet expression. Moved ok.

3rd: 1433 SCOTT Mrs J Aniesh Legend In Black

1st: 1437 TIPPER Mr & Mrs J & C J

Tiganlea Too Good To Be Forgotten 

A well made dog, of lovely type. Clean wedged head, a sweet expression. Good length of back a reach of neck, well constructed with good angulation, which allowed him to move with drive easily. Although lacking in coat had enough to win top honours amongst the males. BD

2nd: 1428 SARGEANT Mr & Mrs P B & F E Coarhabeg Sea Hawk 

Jet black Tri coloured male, with solid stance. Another balanced boy with good length of body, finishing with arched stifle and well let down hocks, helping him move freely. His head is neat to handle, clean lines, topped with tipped ears. We'll handled and presented.

3rd: 1412 EVERETT Mrs K & Mr D Ileyda Johnny Depp

1st: 1402 BOYLE Dr L W Barrenclough Moonglow JW Sh.CM 

Very sweet male of rich sable tones. Pleasing expression, with a lovely head to handle. His overall construction is good, if I were to be critical I'd prefer a longer neck, to balance the picture. Moved around the ring effortlessly. RBD

2nd: 1433 SCOTT Mrs J Aniesh Legend In Black 

Masculine Tri colour male, with rich tan markings. Well placed stop and balanced head, would like to see a better ear carriage. Handled well, moved ok.

1st: 1431 SCOTT Mr A & Mrs C Chantique Lollypop 

Lovely golden sable baby of 8 months and as her name suggests, very sweet! Dark almond eye and balanced head. Good angulation in shape, moving freely around the ring for handler. Look forward to seeing her develop. BPB & BPIB

2nd: 1405 BOYLE Dr L W Monsolana Love Style Over Barrenclough NAF TAF A pretty tri coloured bitch. Pleasing head and expression. Beautiful outline on the stand, balanced and although petite has time to grow into herself. Moved well.

3rd: 1438 TIPPER Mr & Mrs J & C J Tiganlea Thank Heaven

Class 433 JB (3 Entries) Abs: 2 

1st: 1404 BOYLE Dr L W Barrenclough Touch of Thyme golden sable and white bitch with nice head type. Would prefer if she stretched herself out on stand, to show off her shape. Used ears and moved ok.

1st: 1422 JONES, Mrs L D & BLACKBURN Mr J Erjon Ever So Sweet 

Well balanced tri colour bitch, 4 years of age. Good make and shape, with a nice length of back. Head is nice to handle, although reluctant to use ears today. Mid way through changing her wardrobe, would like to see when in top condition.

2nd: 1439 WHITAKER Mrs G Aniesh Misty Blue Moon of Siluto Pretty blue Merle bitch, with clear colour. Pleasing head, rounded muzzle and well set ears. Would prefer a slightly sweeter eye. Lovely arch neck and level top line. Moved well.

3rd: 1432 SCOTT Mr A & Mrs C I'm Scarlett Johansson Of Moon River For Chantique 

Class 435 OB (12 Entries) Abs: 0 

1st: 1408 BURROWS Rev V E Tiganlea Tinkerbell At Revdvicki What a lovely bitch this is! Made for the show ring, at one with handler and effortlessly demands attention. Pretty and balanced head, rounded muzzle clean wedge and sweet eye. Well set shoulders, level top line and good bend of stifle, leading to neat hocks which set her up to glide around the ring gracefully but with drive. Was pleased to award her BB & BOB and ecstatic to see her shortlisted in a strong Pastoral Group.

2nd: 1407 BRAND, Mr & Mrs K G A & T M & REID Mr & Mrs J Ronansprey Rumour Has It Sh.CM 

Another pretty lady! Blue Merle bitch with lovely eye placement and sweet expression. Very balanced overall - Well constructed, straight front and well aligned rear and moved well. Beautifully presented RBB

Two and a half year old Merle bitch of clear blue colouring teamed with a rich tan finish. Balanced head, with well placed, tipped ears. Good overall shape, moved well.
