THE COLLIE ASSOCIATION CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW
26th NOVEMBER 2017
I would like to thank the committee for their invitation to judge this prestigious show, and I would also like to say a big thank you to the efficient stewards Marianne Grindley and Sue Hawkins.
I was pleased with the overall quality from Post Grad Dog onwards the lower cases were a bit disappointing, it is worrying for the breed if we have a shortage of depth in quality amongst the youngsters coming through, we must remember they are the stud dogs of the future. Most of the dogs were clean and well groomed, with a few exceptions where the dogs were dirty, may I point out to the exhibitors that it is not pleasant for a judge to go over dirty dogs this is not acceptable.
