Rough Collies

1st & BP Boyle’s Monsolana Love Style Over Barrenclough. A 6 ½ mth old Tri Colour bitch puppy with a very nice head. Well placed almond shaped eyes and ears tipping as required. Good arch of neck going into a level topline with a slight rise over the loins. Still growing but already has good angulation front and rear with parallel hocks. Very good length of tail and moved well.
2nd Williams’ Seasons In The Sun at Essenjay.

1st & BOB Boyle’s Golden Pearl. A 19mth golden Sable bitch having a good head with a sweet expression, correct bite, well placed almond shaped eyes and worked her ears when needed. Correct topline with slight rise over the loins, good angulation front and rear and with plenty of muscle. Well sprung ribs and moved well.

1st & BOB William’s Dark Moon Rising. A good sized 4 yr old tri colour dog with a very nice head having a masculine but gentle expression, correct scissor bite, well placed stop and almond shaped eyes. Good reach of neck following into a good topline with rise over the loins. Good lay of back shoulders and front angulation, well sprung ribs giving plenty of breathing space. Good bend of stifle and well let down hocks. Stood parallel
I preferred the movement of BOB
2nd Boyle’s Monsolana Madam Blues Over Barrenclough.

1st Chatterley’s Silver Coin. A 1yr old B/M bitch with a very good head in all respects and with a sweet expression, supported on a well arched neck. Good front and rear angulation and correct topline with a nice sweep over the loins and continuing into the croup. Good length of tail without any kinks. Moved well.
2nd Jacobs & Johnsons Tooralies I Spie With Willowthorn.

1st Walkers Channerswick Penny Lane. A 1 yr. old B/M bitch with nice even blue markings and a good amount of white ruff. Good length of tail with no kinks, stood and moved OK.
2nd Savage’s Willowthorn Kobalt Star By Savataurus.

1st, BOB & RBIS Walkers Dippersmoor Star Gazer by Tooralie. SHCM. A very attractive deep mahogany shaded sable of 5 yrs., very well presented and coat gleaming with condition. Lovely head with well-placed alert ears, correct stop and scissor bite. Nicely arched neck of decent length, correct topline sweeping over the loins and following into the croup. Good angulation front and rear and parallel hocks, a good length of unkinked tail. Moved with ease.
