Post Graduate Dog

!st Denton’s Brackenhaye Fields of Gold A very appealing sable of 18months of age. Pleasing head on this young lad with a well filled foreface and good eye placement . He used his ears at all times and was in complete tune with his owner.  All male with a good reach of neck  and correct topline which he kept on the move. His front extension was impressive. Now just needs to mature to be a little steadier with his rear action.

 Open Dog

1st French’s Foxearth Flockmaster for Breckamore. At nearly 6 years of age this dog is looking so well. I really liked his over all balance and on the move he powered around the ring with his tail straight out behind him and with a tight topline. Great front with a good chest plate and well laid back shoulders. Balanced in head with the softest of expressions from correct eye placement and he used his ears all the time. Well deserved the CC.

2nd Hayward’s Foxearth Final Countdown. A very attractive gold sable . His head is of different type to the class winner and at the moment it still needs to develop. He has enough back scull and a very soft gentle eye. On his show side he has a slither of white running the length of his stifle, this, along with his short hocks, can make his stifle look over long, which initially gave me a problem. However looking from the non show side and him walking into a natural stand he is very well balanced and those lovely short hocks enabled him to glide around the ring. It was this easy ground covering movement that gave him the edge to take the RCC.

Junior Bitch

1st Pletz  & Kazantzis’s  Foxearth Fandella  At just 14 months this baby of the entry was such a sweetie. Overall balance superb with lovely turn of stifle and short neat hocks. Good shoulder and front ands she moved as her conformation suggested, straight and true. Lovely eye placement, neat well used ears and correct length to her head.  All she has to do now is mature. One to watch as time goes on.

Post Graduate Bitch

1st Denton’s Breckenhaye Shape O’my Heart.  Litter sister to the Post Graduate dog but of slightly different type. She is as feminine as you could want with such great eye placement and therefore a lovely expression. Correct stop and well filled foreface made her head a delight to handle. Another with such a good front from correct shoulder placement. Moved very well in all directions .
Very pleased to award her the RCC and look forward to reading more about her as I am sure she will giver her owner a lot of fun.

Open Bitch

1st Hayward’s CH Clingstone’s Hot Shot at Foxearth. This tri bitch must be dream to own and campaign. Not only is she near perfection in her overall balance, her angulations just blow you away. She never puts a foot wrong because she is so correctly put together. Her head is lovely.  Correct for stop and her eye placement just lovely so expression is very sweet and she uses her ears to absolute advantage. Watching her on the move you realise you are holding your breath, she just flows around the ring with each foot going to ground exactly where you expect it to. She is a born show girl and it was a pleasure to judge her. BCC and Best of Breed.
