Rough Collies

MPD (3) 1st Rutherford's Riverside Song Jewel In The Crown For Kelbywood. Sable male of 8mths. Very balanced & all of a piece with nice head, expressive eyes, well used ears & good mouth. He had a shapely body, pleasing forehand & decent rear quarters. His coat was good for age & he was in excellent condition. He showed & moved very well. 2nd Ware's Wassail Mixed Blessing. Tri male of 7mths with good head, eyes, ears, muzzle & mouth. Taller more upstanding than winner with nice neck, good front assembly, pleasing body shape & rear quarters. Promising baby just did not use his ears as well as winner. 3rd Corben's Caprioara Prince of Thieves.

PD (6) 1st Avery's Lynviews Black Jack. Tri male of 10mths that was nicely balanced & well constructed with a beautiful head, good eyes, well used ears, nice muzzle & mouth. He had a pleasing forehand with well laid shoulders, shapely well covered frame, good rear quarters & correct tail set & carriage. He was in good coat & condition &showed nicely & moved well. 2nd Lister's Jotars Platinum Moon at Newarp. Blue merle male of 9mths. Another super baby with so much going for him. He moved really well, balanced, mature in head for age & used his ears to advantage. His shoulder were well laid back & he had nicely boned straight front legs, firm topline, deep brisket & good rear quarters. He showed well, was in tip top condition & stood on good legs & feet. 3rd Abbott's Cotswoldwaystargazer.

GD (3) 1st Patman's Pick Pocket via Samhaven, Taller more upstanding boy with nice profile outline but he just lacked a bit of body, having said that, he had a beautiful head piece, obliquely set eyes, good neck & shoulder, smart profile & pleasing rear. He was in good coat & condition & moved steadily. 2nd Abbott's Cotswoldwaybravehearted. Sable male of 18mths. This guy did not extend himself or show to advantage. He had a super head with good eyes, ears, muzzle & mouth, good length of neck & pleasing front assembly, shapely body & correct rear angulation and he moved steadily. 3rd Congdon's Monsolana Bounty Taste For Aaronwell (Imp) JW.

PGD (3) 1st Hanson's Jards Grand Attraction JW. Sable male of 3yrs. Beautiful well balanced boy with lovely head with well placed ears that he used to advantage, expressive obliquely set eyes, correct planes and good muzzle & mouth. He was a pleasure to go over with a well arched neck, excellent forehand, nicely boned straight front legs down to firm pasterns & nicely arched feet. His body was shapely and well covered & slightly longer than high and his ribs well laid back. He showed a beautiful profile outline and he had correct tail set & carriage. He showed and moved easily & freely with a sure footed smooth action & I was pleased to award him the .RDCC. 2nd Gladwell’s Jotars Blue Moon JW. 2yr old blue merle I thought to be my winner but he just did not project himself at the end. He was smaller & not so upstanding but so very well put together & beautifully balanced. He had a super head with flat skull & nicely rounded blunt muzzle, level head planes, obliquely set almond shaped eyes & good mouth with correct dentition & bite. He was well angulated front & rear & had a super shapely well covered body. He was put down in excellent coat & condition & he moved steadily. 3rd Page's Lynmead Amalie Let Me Go

LD (4) 1st White’s Mejola I Am Persuasive JW. Sable male of 3yrs, stylish, balanced & all of a piece with sharp profile outline. Very sound boy with well balanced clean wedge shaped head with flat skull & correct planes, beautiful expressive obliquely set eyes, small well used ears and good mouth with correct dentition & bite. He had a good reach of neck that was nicely arched and let into well laid back shoulders. His body was super shapely and so well put together with well sprung ribs, deep brisket and firm topline with slight rise over loin. He had excellent rear quarters, correct tail set & carriage & beautiful profile outline. He was full of himself with lots of attitude and used himself well and he showed to advantage and moved easily and freely with a sure footed gait that was both economical and pleasing to see, taking smooth strides of equal length with a good reach from the front and definite thrust from the rear and I was pleased to award him the DCC & BOB. 2nd Ross's Tremaro Star Touch At Samshernik JW. Sable male of 3yrs. Not so upstanding as winner but with more body on him & better coat. He had a beautiful well balanced head piece with flat skull and correct planes, small ears that he used to advantage, expressive almond shaped eyes and well rounded blunt muzzle & good mouth. This male was pleasing to go over; he had excellent angulation front & rear, his body was shapely and well covered and his ribs well laid back & of good length. He was put down in good coat & condition, he stood on good legs and feet and he showed and moved easily & freely with a sure footed smooth action.3rd Stanton's Chelborn Just Decided.

OD (5) 1st Thorne's Triforce Dragon Heart. Sable male of 4yrs. Tall upstanding with strong masculine wedge shaped head. He had beautiful expressive almond shaped eyes that were obliquely set, small alert ears, level planes, nice blunt muzzle and good mouth with correct dentition & bite. He had a nice neck & shoulder, super shapely body that was very well put together, pleasing rear quarters, correct tail set & carriage and pleasing profile outline. He set up and handled well and moved nicely. 2nd Stanton's Chelborn Just Decided. Sable male of 3yrs. Smaller, more compact & not so upstanding as winner but beautifully put together with super wedge shaped head, flat skull, expressive almond shaped eyes with sweet expression, small well used ears & good mouth with correct dentition & bite. He had a strong well arched neck, well laid back shoulders, nicely boned straight front legs and shapely well covered body with deep brisket and well sprung ribs. He was in good condition with profuse coat, showed nicely and moved out well. 3rd White’s Caprioara Grey Owl.

VD (2) 1st Mejola My Blue Harlequin. Blue merle male of 7yrs with profuse coat and balanced wedged shaped head. He had expressive almond shaped eyes, semi erect ears, good muzzle & mouth and correct dentition & bite. He was very shapely with well covered frame, deep rib cage and pleasing rear quarters. He had a lovely harsh coat, excellent tailset & carriage and he showed and moved very well. BV. 2nd Corben's Wicani Spectral Blue via Caprioara. Blue merle male of 7yrs and another good-un. He had a beautiful wedge shaped head, his eyes were almond shaped, correctly set in skull giving a lovely sweet expression. He was sound and he had a nice neck, good front assembly, super shapely well covered body with good width behind the shoulder; deep brisket, well sprung ribs and pleasing rear quarters. He was in excellent coat & condition and he showed and moved well.

MPB (3) 1st Ware's Wassail Mixed Spice. Sable bitch of 7mths. Absolutely beautiful baby with so much to like. She had attitude in abundance & used herself so well. She was beautifully balanced and all of a piece with lovely wedge shaped head that was just right for age, nice flat skull, expressive almond shaped eyes with lovely sweet expression, well rounded blunt muzzle, small well used ears & good mouth with correct dentition & bite. She had clean well laid shoulders, straight front legs down to firm pasterns & well knuckled feet. I liked her super shapely well covered body, deep brisket, well sprung ribs & slight rise over loin. She showed a sharp profile outline, excellent rear quarters & correct tail set & carriage. This baby was put down in excellent coat & condition, she showed beautifully & moved easily & freely & I was pleased to award her Best Puppy. 2nd Baker's Martlese Azure Mine At Albakin. Blue merle bitch of 8mths & another cracker who was unfortunate to meet winner. She had a lovely well balanced head with beautiful almond shaped dark eyes giving a lovely sweet expression, semi erect small ears that she used well, flat skull, level head planes & nicely rounded blunt muzzle with good mouth and correct bite. She was very nicely put together with pleasing neck, excellent forehand, super shapely well covered body and pleasing rear quarters. She was in excellent coat & condition and she stood on good legs & feet & showed & moved very well. 3rd McGrath's Seryphina Persuasion

PB (6) 1st Tame's Claudette (Imp) Sable bitch of 11mths. Super, well balanced girl with such a lot going for her. She had the best of heads being wedge shaped & nicely balanced to body with beautiful eyes, correctly used ears, nicely rounded muzzle & good mouth. She had a good neck & shoulder, well covered shapely body, pleasing profile outline & excellent rear quarters. Her coat was good and she showed & moved very well. 2nd McDade's Beldones Sweet Illusion with Lyndale. Sable bitch of 9mths & another good-un unfortunate to meet winner. She was balanced & so well put together with lovely head that was nicely balanced to body. She had a good muzzle & strong under jaw, obliquely set dark eyes giving a sweet expression and good mouth with correct dentition & bite. I liked her front & rear quarters, correct tails set & carriage and well coved shapely body. She showed well & moved steadily. 3rd Avery's Lynviews Baby Doll
JB (3) 1st Wilson's Callahorn's Untouched Horizon At Valleyhaven (Swed) Sable bitch of 11mths that was very nicely put together with a super well balanced head piece with correct planes, good ears that she used to advantage, expressive well shaped eyes and good muzzle & mouth with correct dentition & bite. This youngster was pleasing to go over and had correct angulation front & rear, her body was shapely and well covered and her ribs well laid back & of good length, construction was good, topline spot on and she had correct tail set & carriage. She showed a sharp profile outline & was in excellent coat & condition. She showed beautifully & moved easily & freely with a sure footed smooth action that was both economical & pleasing to see & I was pleased to award her the RBCC.. 2nd Tame Claudette (Imp) Repeat of last class. 3rd Congdon's Aaronwell Aloe Vera.

GB (5) 1st Wilson's Callahorn's Untouched Horizon At Valleyhaven (Swed) RBCC. Repeat of last class. 2nd Lockyer's Gataj Fairytale Surprise. Sable bitch of 19mths. Super girl, nicely balanced & so well put together with lovely head, eyes, ears, muzzle & mouth with correct dentition & bite. She had a pleasing front assembly with good layback of shoulder & strong straight front legs. Her body was slightly longer than high, shapely & well covered with nice rise over loin and she showed a sharp profile outline. She was put down in excellent coat & condition & handled & moved correctly.3rd Abbott's Cotswoldwayheartbeat.

PGB (4) 1st Newton & Patterson's Mesdames Chelborn Sent With A Kiss via Darahill. Sable bitch of 17mths. Smart showy girl, so well put together & all of a piece with beautiful well balanced head with expressive obliquely set eyes, clean flat skull, small well used ears that she carried well and knew how to use, clean cut lower jaw, well rounded blunt muzzle and good mouth with correct dentition & bite. She had a good neck set into clean well laid shoulders & pleasing forehand assembly. Her body was super shapely and well covered with firm back, slight rise over loin & deep brisket. She had well sprung ribs that were evenly spaced back giving the lovely shape of body we like to see in this breed when viewed from above and she had good bone & excellent rear quarters with well muscled thighs & good turn of stifle. I liked her tail set & carriage, excellent coat & condition & she stood on good legs & feet. She had a wonderful attitude & she moved around the ring with a sure footed even gait with a good forward reach & definite thrust from the rear & I was pleased to award her the BCC. 2nd Lockyer's Redola Star Connection At Gataj. Sable bitch of 2yrs, caught my eye as she entered the ring & thought her to be my stand away winner but owner kept feeding her and she kept moving so I just could not get a good view of the whole picture, which was a shame. She had a beautiful head that was well balanced with all parts fitting nicely one with the other. I liked her eyes, ears, muzzle & mouth & she had a good neck & forehand. She came together well with a shapely well covered frame & good rear. 3rd Corben's Caprioara Black Secret.

LB (2) 1st McGrath's Churchoak Truly For Seryphina. Nice bitch of 4yrs that was well knit & all of a piece with nicely balanced head, lovely expressive eyes, well used small ears, nicely rounded blunt muzzle & good mouth with correct dentition & bite. She had an arched neck that was strong & powerful & let into shoulders that sat back at the correct angle, straight front legs down to firm pasterns and neat oval feet. This bitch had a shapely well covered frame and excellent rear quarters. Her topline was firm and she had a slight rise over loin, deep chest and excellent ribbing. She was a tad masculine & sound as a pound & put down in excellent coat & condition and she showed well & moved around the ring easily & freely with a sure footed steady gait. 2nd Gladwell's Jotars Enchanted Moon JW Sh.CM Blue merle bitch of 5yrs. Nice looking girl with decent head, eyes, ears, muzzle & mouth with correct dentition & bite. She had a nice neck, clean well laid shoulders, straight front legs down to firm pasterns & good feet, a shapely well covered body with well sprung ribs, slight rise over loin, deep brisket. Decent rear quarters & correct tail set & carriage. She was in tip top coat & condition and she showed nicely and moved out well.

Tri bitch of 5yrs with beautiful head that was moderately sized, well balanced & wedge shaped with obliquely set almond shaped dark eyes giving lovely sweet expression, semi erect small ears that she used to advantage, flat skull, leval head plains, nicely rounded blunt muzzle and good mouth with correct dentition & bite. She was very nicely put together & well knit with pleasing neck, clean well laid shoulders & super shapely well covered body and pleasing rear quarters. She had correct tail set & carriage, was in excellent coat & condition and she stood on good legs & feet & showed well & she moved around the ring easily & freely with a sure footed steady gait. 2nd Avery's Sun Soul Demy Blue For Monsolana At Lynviews. Blue merle bitch of 4yrs. Lovely girl with super head & forehand, strong neck & forehand, shapely well covered frame with deep brisket, nice width behind shoulders, good rib cage & nice rise over loin. She had pleasing rear quarters & good tail set & carriage and she showed & moved well. 3rd Lockyer’s Gataj Jubilee Of Surprises.

VB (1) 1st Corben's Myriehewe Ouija Board via Caprioara. Lovely sweet old tri girl of 11yrs, completely belying her age with beautiful head, well used small ears, expressive obliquely set almond shaped eyes, nice flat skull, good muzzle & mouth & she had some teeth still. She had a shapely well covered frame, deep chest, pleasing rear quarters for age and she showed and moved out nicely. A credit to her owner. Margaret Wildman.
