I would like to thank the committee for the invitation to judge the Rough Collies at this show, and to thank my steward for keeping the classes going.

Junior Dog (6, 0)
1st. Melvin and Jepson’s  Leeamanway River Phoenix at Nithview Golden Sable dog who is almost 11 months, lovely head and eye  with  stop in the right place.  Nice angulation with good bone. Used his ears well which showed his sweet expression. Has his father’s showmanship that he beat today for RBD. Just needs to tighten up in his rear movement which I am sure will come. BPD RBD
2nd.Ryecraft’s Lillyway Love Bug At Rydellsky 16 month tri dog nice head and eye, good ear placement. Nice shape and angulation would like just a little more bone. Showed well and used his ears continuously moved well.
3rd. Steven’s  Cariadhaf Crazy Dream

1st. Ashe’s Forrestwalk Rocket Man 19 month Golden Sable Nice balanced head with lovely almond shaped eye, ears in the correct place and well used. Lovely shape with good angulation was very responsive to handler
2nd. McGill and Boyd’s Imaginist Wrendition At Stregato. Almost 3 year old shaded sable, different type from 1. Nice almond shaped eye and well placed ears which he used well. Nice shape and angulation moved well but was just a bit fond of his tail.

1st. Welsh’s Ladnar Perfect Time At Thistlewing Lovely upstanding well broken Blue Merle well balanced head with good stop which is in the right place and almond shaped eye, Lovely shape with good angulation at rear which gave him the drive from the rear when he moved. Used his ears when required giving lovely soft expression.  BD
2nd. Melvin and Jopson’s Starlenga Streetfighter At Nithview Golden sable who is the perfect showman. Lovely head would just prefer a more almond shaped eye. Lovely shape and angulation and ears on top of his head which he uses nonstop. Moved out well and as usual from this kennel well-presented and groomed.
3rd McGill and Boyd’s Paridel Mitchelin Star At Stregato

Junior Bitch (8, 3)
1st. Melvin and Jopson’s Lilyway Lovin’ You At Nithview 16 month tri bitch lovely head and eye with right amount of stop. Stood with her ears on top of her head, giving a lovely soft expression. Lovely shape with good angulation. Moved well both going and coming and with drive. Was at one with her handler and well presented. BB and BOB
2nd. Fox’s Erjon Euphoric For Alanita 9mth tri bitch who was very similar in type to the winner of this class. Lovely head and eye and stood and showed like a veteran. Lovely shape and angulation. Correct ear placement, moved well and well presented. RBB, BPB, and BPIB.
3rd.Holt’s Leeamanway Power Of Love

1st. Fox’s Alanita Gaze Away Sable and White bitch nice head with almond shape eye, was not one who stood showing her ears all the time but used them when required. Nice shape and angulation moved well.
2nd. Blaikie’s Kourika Karazmatic Blue Merle bitch lovely head and eye. Lovely shape and angulation moves with drive and was the best mover of the day but would just not settle and show which cost her.
3rd. Ashe’s Starlenga Mysterious Girl At Forrestwalk.
