1st: 3867 Harvey Mr K J & Mrs A CHURCHOAK TEMPTRESS AT WICANI Last time I judged this bitch I gave her the RES. C.C., she has matured to her full potential as I thought she would, her head is lovely to handle everything in the correct place perfect ear placement which she used non stop, well arched neck leading into perfect front with length of upper arm, well laid shoulders, a lovely body height ratio, well sprung ribs, good fall over croup and tail set, well angulated behind with powerful hocks, carpet today was a problem for many collies today not getting drive maybe because carpet was a bit slippy, and I know this bitch can move with drive. In profile she moves with a level topline and coming and going is so sound. C.C. B.O.B.

After I last judged and gave another bitch from this kennel the CC, people said to me why did I give CC to that horrible bitch, they liked nothing about it. Well her photograph and the bitch I gave CC today are so similar in my eyes are stunning, have presence and dignity, as I possibly won’t be judging roughs in the U.K anymore, my parting comment would be why do the rest of the world love this type and the U.K not (who is right?).

2nd: 3835 Collino Miss D M IMAGINIST WAXING LYRICAL Top drawer quality s/w never seen her before but appealed to me as she entered ring and went round for first time, lovely clean head very pretty eye, a good length of head, correct head planes, flat skull and neat well used ears, lovely arched neck straight front, and athletic working body, in lovely fitted jacket, with correct rear angulation, again a very sound mover pleased to award res cc, hopefully judges will look more closely at this bitch in the future. Res C.C.

2nd: 3868 Harvey Mr K J & Mrs A WICANI WEARS RED The only thing that separates these 2 bitches is the head quality, not for me I’m afraid, too heavy and coarse for a female (sorry) but lovely neck and outline and excels on the move so sound up to size again which doesn’t put me off, and shown in fitted coat so one can see an outline
