Lynocean Rough Collies is a small kennel based in Cornwall. In 2023 my husband Pete encouraged me to visit Crufts, where I met some lovely “Collie people” who encouraged me to try my hand at my lifelong dream of showing.

I have always had Rough Collies at home, but the hunt was on for a show-quality puppy! I was lucky enough to become the owner of Elshajo Bold Over for Lynocean, affectionately known at home as Lacey.

Lacey and I entered our first show together and so began an amazing hobby. Lacey has had some good placings, including several BPiB and BOB awards at open shows. She has also been placed at championship shows, resulting in her qualifying for Crufts. In 2025 she placed fourth in a strong class at Crufts. I couldn't believe that just two years after that first visit, I was on the green carpet!
