Amanda was born in 1984 and was my tenth birthday present from my Mum. She fell in love with her 'through the kitchen window' while at the Brilyn Kennel in Staffordshire and I was lucky enough that Brian and Sue Hawkins allowed her to come and live with us.  Amanda is the foundation bitch behind the Hanvale line which sadly ended when we lost Doogie Howser (Dougal) last year. Amanda’s litter sister was Lanteague Abracadabra at Treglenza who through her own offspring, has great influence in many of today’s collies, and actually appears herself behind every one of the eight great grandparents in our latest addition to Team Hanvale.
