Abby made her show debut as a junior in July 2021 at the age of 15 months and her first 9 shows so far she has achieved 7 first places,a second and a third from both breed specialists and all rounders with beautifully written ,high praising critiques for her overall quality,balance and soundness of head properties, construction and movement. She has such a bright future it's really exciting. While Margaret recovered from an operation Abby spent 6 weeks staying back here with her mum ,dad and big sister and we have had some wonderful adventures aswell as me having the pleasure of showing her. Abby passed her kennel club good citizen bronze test.
Abby has placed consistently in shows so far throughout 2022, including a very nice win in post graduate under breed specialist Carole Smedley. She moved up to limit in july in order to gain her stud book number and this was achieved in her first limit outing. She has placed well each time since, even being called back under breed specialist Anita Fox to challenge for the Reserve CC at Northumberland and Durham Collie club. It wasn't meant to be this time, but we are absolutely made up with pride that she was thought of so highly.
