Rough Collie Dogs

My thanks to officers and committee to invite me to judge at the 70 th anniversary show, it was a credit to the club on the well run and friendly show also to add to the fab atmosphere was the beautiful venue.

Looking at the puppy dog and young classes there was a lot of quality and all looks good for the breed in the future. And to the judging on the day

Minor Puppy Dog
1st Humphreys Shasam Sign of the Times, lovely size pup nice balanced head with nice soft expression beautiful make and shape with good neck reach showed and moved well a pup with a bright future
2nd Mcentee Beleg the Elf of the Wood at Gerian, again another quality pup with lot of promise lovely sweet expression with nice dark eye lovel head with well moulded muzzle moved and showed well

Puppy Dog
1st Hawkins & Foy Beldones Tom Wood, lovely size pup nice body and ample bone with nice bend of stiffle correct head with well placed sweet eye nice ears show well beautiful profile lovely length of body with fab neck reach
2nd Takhissis Dream Weaver, nice size pup with nice clean head well layed down shoulders good bone good stop and nice dark eye move and showed well

Junior Dog
1st Scotts Mr Burberry of Lowlands Green Valley for Chantique, really nice headed dog with good stop with typicial collie expression lovely dark eye good ears nice body with ample bone handled and showed non stop
2nd Gatej Beau of Surprises, nice size dog lots of bone and good construction with good bend of stiffle also a dog with good balanced head with good ears which he used well

Graduate Dog
1st Gataj Beau of Surprise
2nd Hollywood & Waterhouse Lynmead Amalie Bring me Back, lovely headed dog with sweet expression nice dark eye with good ears good reach of neck and length of back all in all a lovely dog

Post Graduate Dog
1st Scotts Chantique Star Dust, lovely sable dog beautiful ear set which he used non stop head well balanced with good stop and nice dark sweet eye well layed back shoulders and good bend of stiffle a dog hat will catch your eye
2nd Tippers Fridens Cheffild at Tiganlea, lovely tri dog nice expression good body with ample bone showed and move well

Mid Limit Dog
1st Congdons Monsolana Velvet Blue, this dog is a credit to his breeders for his beautiful blue colour a dog with lots of substance good bone with lovely bend of stiffle fab head with lovely sweet expression moved and showed well, was pleased to award the RCC
2nd Hollywoods Amalie Say it Again, beautiful sable dog with nice head pattern with beautiful dark sweet expression good bend of stiffle moved well a dog with a good future unlucky to meet no 1 in this class

Limit Dog
Rubacuoridella Bula Delle Fate at Gerian, lovely sable dog with very sweet expression nice clean lines good moulded muzzle with nice stop good ears which he used non stop moved and handled well present in tip top condition
2nd Jazzman du clos de Seawind for Mertrisa, lovely qaulity dog with good balanced head lovely ears lovely length of neck and back with ample body and bone

Open Dog
1st Hawkins & Foy Ch Beldones Double Diamond, this dog caught my eye as he came into the ring with his balance construction and movement his head was a pleasure to handle with his melting expression and dark well placed eyes this dog was in tip top form when asked to move he covered ground effortlessy was pleased to award him CC
2nd McDevitts, Caronlea Lukin Black, beautiful tri presented in top condition lovely dark correct eye nice moulded muzzle nice body with ample bone showed and moved well

Veteran Dog
1st Takhisis High Voltage, beautiful 11yr old blue which was in top condition a real credit to his owner still has his lovely colour good head pattern moved and showed well
2nd Magenta Monet, again another dog in fab condition with good head and expression nice ear these were two lovely veteran dogs a credit to both
