CHAMPIONS CLASS

Thank you to the officers and committee of Midland Collie for asking me to judge this class at they’re Championship show, lovely show with a friendly atmosphere.  I only had 3 exhibits, but they were all of good quality and thoroughly deserve to be Champions.

1st – CH Angelfield Veuve Cliquot – Only bitch in the class, but she held her own very well, 2 year old Sable and White bitch in excellent coat and condition, groomed to perfection as always from the kennel, lovely head and expression with sweet eye of correct shape, well moulded foreface and correct ears which she used continuously, moved with drive with a level topline throughout, good length of neck with a deep chest and well sprung ribs.

2nd – CH Willowdene Double or Quits at Wassail – 4 year old Tricolour dog, with a well moulded foreface and masqueline expression, good length of neck and back, excellent bone and spring of ribs.  Profuse jet black coat in good condition, moved really well holding his topline all the way round the ring.  Showed non-stop.

3rd – CH Triburle Zachary JW -  4 year old Sable and White dog, good head and expression with correct eye and ear set, nice length of neck leading to correct shoulders and ribs, well off for bone good bend of stifle, in good coat and condition, moved well with plenty of drive.
