I would like to thank the officers and committee of East Anglian Collie Association for inviting me to judge special award classes at their open show. I was pleased with my my winners. Also congratulations must go to all of the hard working officers and committee for a fantastically well run show and to my stewards for making my ring run very smooth.


Rough Collies
Special Award AV Puppy (3,0)
1st Wrays – Beldones Duchess of Dreams
8 month old s/w feminine bitch, her head handles well with a lovely eye, adequate stop, nice expression. Good neck, nice body and good spring of rib. Moved very well around the ring with good drive. Presented and showed well.


2nd Smiths – Rashel Follow Your Dream
Tri bitch of good size, level head with good set ears, good neck, nice shape, movement needs to tighten.


Special Yearling(7,2)
1st Maxwells – Trenley Tatenen at Hamisks
2 ½ years old s/w dog. His head handles well with the correct amount of stop. Lovely almond shaped eye, nice ears, good strong masculine expression, good depth of chest, nice arched neck led into well balanced shoulders, good length of back, good spring of rib, nice shape, nice bend of stifle. Moved around the ring with drive. Showed and presented beautifully.


2nd Philpins – Tudorlyn Star Quality.
3 year old s/w bitch. Pleasing head with nice eye, adequate stop, lovely expression. Lovely neck led intowell balanced shoulders, good spring of rib, lovely shape, moved well. Just felt she was slightly unsettled today.
